A year ago I flew to Chicago, Illinois to spend the weekend with my mom and watch Hamilton.
Friday night we experienced the Earth, Wind, and Fire concert at Ravinia Park, an outdoor concert venue known for their party-packed lawn. Bring in all your own food and drinks to enjoy the sounds of the concert in the comfort of your own chair.
Saturday night we enjoyed Hamilton at the CIBC theatre in downtown Chicago.
For this weekend event I made a dress using She Loves Me She Loves Me Not Mood Exclusive fabric in cotton poplin.
The dress pattern is McCall's #M7381 option C. This dress is bodice lined with a front-tie, pleats at the shoulder, and short sleeves. There is no zipper needed with a stretchy elastic waistband.
